Hi there, I’m Santa. I live in Sydney. At the end of 2017, I had a family trip to Orange city in New South Wales. I would like to express my trip’s experience here. I am a frequent traveler and you may expect more travel stories like these in the upcoming days.
Orange, One among the beautiful historical cities of Australia. It’s in Sydney and Central West region of New South Wales. As the name indicates, this city is a place of peace and harmony. The city itself looks in orange color. The streets are so beautiful. I felt like I was in a wonder world. I visited there on the Xmas day of 2017 afternoon. Such a beautiful climate and peaceful atmosphere. As it was a holy day, the streets are almost silent, we can easily roam the city.
A Little History of the Orange City
Be honest, it’s the most beautifully maintained city I have ever seen in Sydney. Orange city was established in 1846 and name was given by Major Thomas Mitchell in honor of Prince William of orange. This city was established after so many conflicts and wars.
The City’s Climate
The sand in this city has so many stories to tell us. The main factor about its city is its climate, such a wonderful climate. Not too hot in winter. So agriculture is the main thing in the city. Fruits like apples, pears, and almost all cherries cultivating there. The climate is good for growing grapes, so the place famous for wines also.
The Church City
We visited on such a hot day, but I melted when I got down from the car. Such a great climate. The other attraction is the church. This city can be called as church city. We can see so many churches here and there in orange color (mostly made of bricks).
The public parks are another attraction and I felt very respectful when I visited the war memorials. They are maintaining in such a way that the lost souls in those wars still live there happily. I felt very great being there for some time with my kid and let her know about the great warriors of every country. The cleanliness, parks, memorials, churches, rest areas and transportation everything is appreciable there.
It’s such a wonderful land that I look forward to visiting the city again. The land which has a heart full of memories and hard works. I strongly suggest the city you should watch before die.
